Citrus Infused Honey
This blend features zesty dehydrated oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruits. It heightens the already floral nature of our Ottawa Valley honey, making it perfect for a wide range of treats during any season.
How do we use it?
Drizzled over fruit, yogurt, and desserts. Added to teas, coffee or hot chocolate, and even for cocktail simple syrups or a glass rimmer. It is the perfect glaze for salmon or pork, and terrific in and on a wide variety of baked treats - our favourite is glazed scones!
Size
This is our 150g size jar which is a third of our regular 500g. Perfect size to add to a gift basket or to sample the flavour.
