We have always believed in collaboration over competition. Time and time again, we've collaborated with other beekeepers, skincare artisans and food producers to the betterment of us all.
Which is where the concept to built an incubator kitchen in our Fine Food shop came from. We understand that culinary start-ups are unlikely to receive venture capital or bank financing, as profit margins are too slim and volatile for such a highly competitive market. We want to help your ideas become something big.
What is an incubator kitchen? A shared-use kitchen is a licensed commercial space that is certified for food production. Renters or members can use the kitchen by the hour or day to produce food while fulfilling regulatory compliance. Food entrepreneurs, ranging from chefs, caterers, proprietors, bakers can benefit from the shared kitchen instead of spending capital to build or lease their own facility.
