How do we use it?

This infusion shines on hot or cold dishes, and in hot or cold beverages. It can be used as a meat glaze, combined with oils or vinaigrettes for flavourful dressings, boosting sweet or savory soups, sweetening healthy smoothies and, of course, hot teas.

This is our 150g size jar which is a third of our regular 500g. Perfect size to add to a gift basket or to sample the flavour.
