Beeswax Body Balm

Our body balms are made from well-known, natural ingredients. We believe that everything you put on your skin should be something you could put in your body, which is why we use all edible ingredients. Our favourite ingredient in all of our skincare is beeswax.

Why do we love beeswax?

Beeswax helps protect and heal skin which is precisely why we use it in our body balms as the main ingredient. The anti-inflammatory properties of beeswax are known to encourage the healing of wounds.  The antibacterial and moisturizing properties of beeswax make it an effective treatment for dry skin and common issues like eczema. Beeswax treats the itchiness of these conditions and prevents further drying out.

What other ingredients are in Bee Savvy body balm?

In addition to beeswax, we use organic shea butter and restaurant-grade coconut oil. Harvested in Ghana, Shea Butter moisturizes, softens and restores skin which is why it’s such a great complement to protective beeswax and coconut oil. We use coconut oil as it is antifungal and antimicrobial.

How do I use Bee Savvy body balm?

Apply a pea-size amount of balm anywhere on the body. For use on a larger area, dip into the balm with the tip of a clean finger. Always remember a little goes a long way.
