Sparkenhoe Red Leicster 100g
A revival of a traditional British farmhouse cheese, the Sparkenhoe Red Leicster is produced with raw milk from the family’s herd of cows in Warwickshire. The flavours are rich and savoury with a long finish. The texture is firm, flakey and friable. Red Leicester’s signature bright red colour comes from the annatto seed. The Sparkenhoe Red Leicester is selected and aged by Neal’s Yard Dairy in London, UK.
