The Old Tun Brewing is a small virtual winery based in Niagara, making sparkling wine of apples, grapes, and honey. This was sourced at the Ridgepoint Wines vineyard, and was charmat method for 4 months prior to bottling without fining or filtration. This off-dry, lightly frizzante rosé pours a peach hue, and fills the short palate with tart rhubarb, cranberry, red currant before a snappy, sour finish.
