Mediterranean Cuisine Cooking Class - Italy and Pasta Making (August 10, 2023)

Our Mediterranean cuisine would include Spain, France (or more precisely, Southern France), Italy, Greece, Egypt, Turkey, Syria, Lybia, Israel, and Morocco. Get ready to get messy as we make pasta and pasta sauces from scratch. This is a hands-on class where you will make the stuffed ravioli to take-home.
- Stuffed Ravioli from Scratch (5-ingredient cheese filling with fresh basil.
- Pesto Sauce (250ml sauce to take-home)
- Pomodorina Sauce (1 liter of sauce to take-home)
We will have Italian wines available to purchase by the glass if you want the full Mediterranean experience.
