Perhaps you're wondering what to make with your fresh batch of butter pastry? Allow Grace of Let Them Eat Cake, to suggest some fillings. In this class, learn to make lemon curd, pastry cream, and an almond cream, all fabulous and versatile fillings for pies, cakes, and more.
Through a combination of demo and hands-on experience, you will learn the ins and outs of these three fillings, and leave with recipes to recreate them at home. This is an adults' baking class with the recommended age of 14+.
