PICK-UP this week is Saturday July 15 (12pm - 4pm) and Sunday July 16 (12pm - 3pm)
This Meal Prep Service is for those looking to:

This meal plan is based on a macro breakdown of 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat for the above overall goals. Each day includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and an afternoon protein shake. The average cost per meal is $9.50 with the bonus daily protein shake.
Please note we are not focused on any particular diet like Ketogenic or Vegetarian, but instead just excludes generally unhealthy elements like high sodium content, MSG, and minimizing Saturated Fats.
