Intro to White Wines (Tuesday June 6th)

Dry, fruity, herby, oaky, grassy — the world of white wines can be overwhelming. This beginner's intro class covers all the basics. What's your taste preference? It's important to know because different varietals have different characteristics. But what if you aren't really sure? That's okay because we love helping people discover wine. It's not about what we like, it's about finding the right wine for you.

This is the perfect intro class to help branch out from your “I’ll have the house white” comfort zone. This is a fun basic wine class that will be served with a cheese board. Each wine will be paired with an individual cheese. You will receive an approx 1oz sample of six wines plus six different types of cheese.
